I have found that without exception prices at Kohl’s prices are lower that I would have thought. I have always thought I got my money’s worth or better.
I was frustrated because I had received a balance on my Kohls credit statement; called and spoke to John who went through all of my transactions (I shop multiple locations) and said to go to the customer service desk. Sue was very patient in helping me go through all receipt transactions from multiple stores throughout the Christmas season. We came to a conclusion of what I needed/wanted done, she called her supervisor “Carey” of which she explained my scenario and she said “okay, we can do this and fix this no problem.” The mistake was originally partly my fault, I hadn’t realized I was issued a merchandise credit previously instead of crediting back to my credit card account. I am extremely satisfied with both of your associates, they both went over and above my expectations! Most retailers don’t care about what you want and don’t listen to even try customer service. I love Kohls and will continue to shop for all my family’s needs. I work in medical and my patients even brag when they get a 30% off that they’re leaving to go after their appointment, I jokingly ask if I can “tag along for a good deal!” Thank you!!!
